  • Do you accept walk ins?
    Our studio is lucky enough to have an ever-growing clientele. Due to this, our stylists fill their books in advanced so, we do not take walk-ins. Though, if you give us a call, we might be able to fit you in same day.
  • What are the terms of cancelling my appointment?
    We know life happens, but to keep everything running smoothly, we request a minimum of 48-hours' notice of changes to your appointment. A fee will be charged through the Booksy app if you're unable to make your original appointment and cancel without 48-hour notice. This deposit covers time lost and is non-refundable. Please understand that when you cancel without notice, we miss the opportunity to serve other clients on our waiting list. Thank you for your support and understanding and as always!
  • How early or late can I have arrive for my appointment?
    We can't wait to meet you! On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time, ready to relax and enjoy your full service. If you're running late, we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. Please be aware, out of respect to our guests and stylists, it is up to stylist discretion if they can still provide the service with the remaining time allowed. Thank you for understanding as everyone's time is valuable!
  • Can I bring my kids?
    We love children, of all ages. To ensure their safety and a relaxing experience for all of our clients. We ask that your children visit us at Studio C Tribe only when they have an appointment and accompanied by an adult.
  • Can I bring an extra guest?
    Due to limited space, please do not bring any extra guests unless they are being serviced.
  • Can I reschedule due to COVID-19?
    If you have had any of these symptoms please contact us immediately to reschedule. This is very important for our safety and yours. Covid-19 symptoms include: Fatigue, fever, chills, joint or muscle pain, rash, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, severe headaches, red eyes, diarrhea, abdominal pain, bruising or bleeding, vomiting, and weakness.
  • How are your services priced?
    The prices listed on the Booksy app are starting prices. Our prices are determined by length, thickness, color history, and what techniques we use to reach your hair goal during a service. Time is a large factor in our pricing breakdown. If you have a specific budget in mind, let your stylist know and we will provide the best options to meet your needs. Don't be afraid to communicate this, we are here to help you!
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and cash.
  • Can I tip my stylist?
    Tipping is left to your discretion (and never goes unnappreicated). Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
  • Can I return or exchange an item bought at the salon?
    If you are not happy then we are not happy. Although, we would never sell you something we didn't believe in or use ourselves, we realize that everyone has their own needs and preferences. If you for any reason are unsatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you in prompt exchange within 30 days of purchase. All purchases of brushes are final and may not be returned.
